Common faults and solutions of bottle blowing machine
Bottle blowing machine is a kind of equipment to make plastic particles into hollow containers through blow molding technology. The most common kinds of machines at present include a molding hollow extruder using PP and PE, using PET, PC or PP two molding and blowing blower, and the newly developed multi-layer hollow extrusion blow and stretching blow molding.
At present, most bottle blowing machines are still two step blowing machines, that is, they must first make plastic raw materials into bottle embryos and then blow them. Nowadays, PET plastics are commonly used in environmental protection plastics. Blow molding machine: after spraying the liquid plastic out, the wind is blown out by the machine, and the plastic is blown to the cavity of a certain shape to make the product. This machine is called the blow molding machine. It is also a kind of bottle blowing machine, that is, hydraulic bottle blowing machine.
The tube shaped plastic billet obtained by extrusion or injection molding is heated (or heated to softening state) and is placed in the open die. The compressed air is put into the blank immediately after the mould is closed, so that the plastic billet is swollen and pressed on the inner wall of the mold. After cooling off the mould, all kinds of hollow products are obtained.
Bottle blowing machine common problems and solutions:
1. the charging position is not charged.
If the hopper is not available, if it is: need to feed quickly.
No: please check the control contactor of the hoist if it is in the electric state. If it is in the state of electricity, check whether the motor is in electricity and load, because this is probably the bottle (embryo) stuck in the lifting belt, and the simplest way is to help lift up.
If you check that the contactor of the hoist is not in the state of power, please check that the bottle embryo detecting electric eye is not on the same straight line with the reflecting plate.
2. feed into the old card feed plate: this situation is a headache problem, from experience, if the length of the bottle (embryo) is larger than the length of the larger, then this phenomenon is relatively small.
3. when the bottle is blown, it can not be removed from the mold.
First of all, the mold should be opened and manually opened and closed. If normal, run in empty running state, if normal.
Please check your exhaust time setting. If the exhaust setting is normal and every time a bottle is broken, then it can be judged to be the problem of the exhaust valve. Please open the exhaust valve to check its spring and seal (there is a phenomenon that the exhaust sound is larger or the noise is not clear).
If you meet a lot of mould production by accident, check whether there is a screw in the lock pin in it, and check whether the clamping force is too big, if it is too big, it should be adjusted according to the standard.
4. bottles are always wound
Whether the position of the manipulator is misplaced.
5. two mechanical hand collision
This situation requires manual reset of the manipulator because of dislocation.
